Udena Wickremesooriya

Udena is the Founder of Kaley Tea, Sri Lanka. After a 30-year stint in the corporate sector across multiple functions and industries ranging from FMCG, Banking and Fashion Apparel, Udena took early retirement to pursue a lifelong passion in nurturing forests and uplifting communities. He held very senior leadership and Board roles within companies such as Unilever, NDB, MAS Holdings and Brandix Lanka Ltd, and has overseen local and international operations. He currently provides mentoring and guidance as an Advisor to CEOs and leadership teams. As a thought leader and strategists, Udena helps strengthen some of the regional presence for PLANT, while also engaging actively in strategy formulation and building networks for expansion.
